CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE
Synergy Strata Management continues to accept guidance from the Government Agencies and the Chief Medical Officer. Our main concern is the health and safety of our owners, contractors and team members, we want to ensure you that we have a plan in place to ensure business will continue and that we will continue to provide you with our normal high level of service.
Synergy Strata Management is committed to being available to all our owners and suppliers during these unprecedented times. If you wish to see a member of staff, we request that you make an appointment in advance.

Where possible Synergy Strata Management will hold meetings via Strata Vote.
We understand that some owners may be facing financial difficulty. If you are not able to make any levy payment on time, please call us direct to discuss. Synergy Strata Management may be able to help by arranging a payment plan, (subject to the Body Corporate approval). The earlier you can discuss this matter with us the better.
Synergy Strata Management is continuing to work with owners and committees to develop solutions to the financial challenges occurring as a result of COVID 19, on an individual basis as they arise. We have recently ensured that all insurance policies that are due, are placed on monthly payments, this allows for better cash flow for each of our Body Corporate’s. We are continually reviewing all financial matters of your Body Corporates and keeping each Treasurer updated where required.
We continue to work closely with our contractors in relation to scheduled maintenance works, such as grounds maintenance, cleaning, gutter cleaning, monthly service of equipment etc. Scheduled works are still being undertaken by each of our contractors, each company will have a COVIDSafe workplace plan. Our contractors will advise if stop work is required. This information will be directly passed onto each effected Body Corporate should this occur. Our contractors continue to provide almost daily updates. Please be aware that currently some companies are working with reduced teams in the field, there may be some delays in normal work practices. Please contact me if you have any concerns in relation to delays in work. Please do not contact companies direct.

We do ask that if contractors are attending site that you practice the below:
Avoid close personal contact
No shaking hands, or other body contact
Not sharing pens/pencils for signatures
We will continue to keep track all work orders, by recording the company and location of all persons contact with work.
